Thank you for volunteering to coach. In order to be in compliance with Hillsborough County and the State of Florida Statutes the following items need to be completed in order to be on the field with the players. 

1.      Coaching Application - Will need to be completed and turned to the Player Agent or PDF copy emailed to [email protected].

2.      Pay for Background Check  $24 – payment can be made by check, cash or credit/debit card at the park (see a board room). 

3.      Coaching Class – Register for and take the class using the following link http://www.nays.org/coaches/. We will need a copy of the certificate of completion turned in to the Player Agent or PDF copy emailed to [email protected].

4.      Concussion Training – Course can be taken at https://www.cdc.gov/headsup/youthsports/training/index.html. This is free course and it is good for two years. We will need a copy of the certificate of completion turned in to the Player Agent or PDF copy emailed to [email protected].  

5.      CPR Certification – If you have a certification already please provide a copy. If you do not have a certification you can obtain one from the place of your choosing. Below, is a link where you can find and register for classes in your area. We will need a copy showing the class was completed turned in to the Player Agent or PDF copy emailed to [email protected].
